It is true that heredity has not been shown to be the main cause of the disorder, just that it may run in families, which doesn’t prove anything. Also, in the video it says SAD is the most common form of panic disorder, when SAD is not even a panic disorder at all. It is a type of anxiety disorder which the DSM IV classifies as “social phobia.” “Panic disorder” is a specific disorder by itself.
