I used to have social anxiety. That make my relationships very bad for me. I overcome that problem with a combination of medication. I took wellbutrin (an antidepressant) and trilafon (an antisicotic) that combination change my life for good. That was what help me, maybe can help you to. I also read a book call "The anxiety and phobia work book" author Edmund J Bourne, that help me alot also. If you or any body else with this problem want to talk to me send me an email to chessist_pr@yahoo.com.

Inquire of any mental health organization in your area. If you live in an area that is less populated. you may have to incur a bit of inconvenience. Also, involve yourself in activities that are attended by others; creating your own cup in a pottery specialty store. I think you are probably at least 18 yo. Women’s, (or male) basket ball, soccor volley ball games, track meets, book review groups. If possible, if you live in the arena that probably constructed the basis for your lack of feelings of self worth, fear of failure get out.
The success for acquiring the tools that can result in changing your self image is your responsibility.
