		<description>Another way is to bump into people. In the supermarket (note I said bump, not prang), and say&#039; oh, sorry.&#039; or &#039;hi&#039;. That&#039;s all. Doesn&#039;t have to be anything more than that. Just a verbal acknowledgment, or apology. It&#039;s not to suggest you are causing accidents; it&#039;s simply a way to get you to talk/open up. 

You&#039;ll soon see that they aren&#039;t going to bite your head off, make snide comments or anything of that nature. Then you might become a bit more adventurous and make a comment like &#039;gee, XX is expensive these days&#039; or &#039;that brand&#039;s my favourite, too.&#039; Etc. 

Again, it doesn&#039;t have to be every single person you come across. It&#039;s also less about their reply (which doesn&#039;t really matter) and more about you taking the first step and saying something.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>

		<description>If you were from the US..I&#039;d suggest Catholic Charities office...counseling can be free or on a sliding scale depending on income etc.  They have group and individual counseling.  Not sure if that applies to you in the UK!  Churches can give you recommendations too... Lots of free help out there...start asking around!&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
