Anxiety is something that is seen a lot these days, especially in youngsters. It is characterized by feelings of weariness and worried expressions. Nowadays this emotional condition is a serious problem and we should all be aware of techniques to overcome this condition.

This can be controlled if the heart rate can be brought down. When the heart slows down, the pressure on the blood capillaries in the head and brain lowers.

The other effective technique to fight anxiety is by meditating. Meditating doesn’t just mean to empty the mind and take deep breaths, it means that one has to concentrate on a point whether that point is something he/she wants to do or some heavenly entity.
